How to View Your Sales Report in SellarPro
To see your sales in SellarPro, open Quick Reports → Sales Report, choose the period and the location, and click Apply Filters. Use Profit / Loss instead if you want what you actually earned rather than what you sold.
Before you start
You need report permission. Cashiers see only their own sales by design.
Steps to view your sales
- Open Quick Reports → Sales Report.
- Choose the Period: Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Year or Custom Period.

The month so far: total sales, the number of sales and the average sale. - If you have more than one shop, choose the Location, or leave it on All Locations to see the business as a whole.
- Click Apply Filters.
- Read the totals across the top, then the list of sales below them, each marked Paid or Due.
- Click Export to Excel to download the list as a spreadsheet.
What the numbers mean
- Total Sales: the value of everything sold in the period, whether or not the money has arrived. Delivery charges are left out and shown underneath.
- Total Orders and Items Sold: how many sales, and how many items in them.
- Average Order Value: Total Sales divided by Total Orders.
A sale marked Due has not been paid in full. To see what each customer owes, open Quick Reports → Debtors List.
Looking for profit? Sales are not profit. Open Reports → Profit / Loss, which subtracts what the goods cost you and your recorded expenses.
Common problems
Today's sales look too low
Check the date range has not been left on a previous period, and that you are not filtered to one branch.
The report and the cash in the drawer do not agree
Sales include mobile money, card and credit sales, so the drawer will hold less than the sales total. Use the register close report, which separates cash from everything else.
