How to Handle Online Store Orders
Open Storefront → Orders. Filter by store and status, open an order to see the customer, items and delivery details, and move it through Pending, Confirmed, Processing and Completed. For an order paid on delivery or by transfer, click Complete Payment to record the money and turn it into a sale.
See your orders
- Open Storefront → Orders.
- Filter by store and by status: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Completed or Cancelled.
- Each order shows its number, the customer's Full Name and Phone Number, the Total, the Status and the Payment Status. Open it to see the items and delivery details.
Work an order
- Call or WhatsApp the customer to confirm, then set the status to Confirmed.
- Pack it and set it to Processing.
- When the money is in, click Complete Payment. Choose how they paid, the amount, any delivery fee and discount, and confirm.
Complete Payment turns the order into an ordinary sale: the stock comes off, the payment is recorded, and the sale appears in your sales reports. The order becomes Completed.
An order is not a sale until it is completed. Until then, no stock has moved, so you can cancel it freely.
How the store is doing
Storefront → Analytics shows visits, orders, WhatsApp orders, revenue and the conversion rate, with daily charts and your top pages.
