A laundry runs on trust and on paper that goes missing: tickets torn from a book, a notebook of who paid what, and phone calls to customers who forgot their clothes weeks ago. SellarPro's Laundry module replaces all of it with one system — and because every ticket is an ordinary sale, laundry takings land in the same dashboard, sales reports and profit as everything else you sell.
Take clothes in properly
Open a new drop-off, choose the customer by name or phone, and tap a price for each garment. Describe each item so it can be told apart — colour, brand, pattern — and tap its condition tags: stained, torn, missing button. Add photos of any damage. Check the piece count and the promised time, take the deposit and print the ticket: a customer copy and a shop copy, both with the ticket number.
That record, made at the counter with the customer present, is what settles the hardest conversation a laundry has: "you damaged my dress".
Prices that match how you charge
Your price list is a grid — garments down the side, services such as Wash & Iron, Iron only and Dry clean across the top. Load the starter list of 90 common garments and adjust the prices, or type your own. Charge everyday washing by the kilo and special garments by the piece, on the same ticket. Express service and pickup and delivery fees are set once in Laundry settings.
A board that shows the work
The Laundry board shows every open ticket in its stage — Awaiting pickup, Received, Washing, Ironing, Ready, Out for delivery — soonest promised first. Staff click a ticket forward as the work is done, and filters find anything overdue or unpaid. Search by ticket number, name or phone.
Customers who come back for their clothes
Texts go out automatically when clothes are received, when they are ready and when they leave for delivery. Clothes that sit uncollected trigger a reminder, and the Uncollected list shows every ready ticket still waiting, with a button to send another nudge. You can switch any text off or change its wording.
Pickup and delivery
Book a pickup with the customer's address and time; nothing is charged until the clothes arrive and are counted in. Tick deliver-back and the ticket follows the clothes out again, with the rider confirming delivery.
Hand clothes back with a count
Handover is the only way a ticket closes. Count the pieces going out, take any balance — by one or several payment methods — and note who collected. If the count does not match, a note is required. Every closed ticket is a ticket where every piece went back and the money came in.
Know how the laundry is really doing
Laundry reports show tickets and pieces taken in, laundry sales and money collected, average turnaround, the share ready on time, how long customers take to collect, express share, overdue tickets, who owes money and each staff member's work — by day, week, month or any period, and by branch.
Staff see only their job
Create a role for each job: counter staff take clothes in and hand them back, washers move tickets, riders hand over deliveries, supervisors also edit, discount and see reports.
