How to Request Account Deletion
If you use the SellarPro mobile app or web platform and want your account and associated data deleted, follow these steps:

Send us a deletion request. Email support@sellarpro.com from the email address registered to your SellarPro account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +233 55 610 2486 from your registered phone number.

Include your account details. To help us locate your account, include your business name and the phone number or email address you signed up with.

Verify your identity. We will reply to confirm that the request came from the account owner. This protects your business data from unauthorized deletion requests.

We delete your account. Once verified, your account is closed immediately and your data is deleted as described below. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
What Data Is Deleted and What Is Kept
Deleted within 90 days
- Account profile — name, email address, phone number
- Business details and settings
- Products and inventory records
- Customer records you entered into the system
- Staff and user accounts under your business
- App usage and analytics data linked to your account
Retained after deletion
- Transaction and invoice records — retained for up to 7 years where required for tax and legal compliance, then deleted
- Billing and payment records — retained as required by law
- Backup copies — purged automatically under our backup rotation schedule after your data is deleted from live systems
Personal data that must be retained for legal reasons is kept only for the required period, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted or anonymized once the retention period ends.
Requesting Deletion of Specific Data Only
If you do not want to close your account but would like specific data removed (for example, certain customer records or your marketing preferences), contact us at support@sellarpro.com and describe the data you want deleted. We will process the request without closing your account where possible.
