“The main problem was visibility. We have nine branches, so we needed to know what was selling, what was running low and how each branch was performing without chasing people around. Managing stock across all the branches was becoming too stressful, and we wanted something more centralised.”

“Definitely the multi-branch management. Being able to see what is happening across the branches without having to depend on manual reports is a big thing for us. When you are managing several locations, that visibility really matters.”
