A desktop thermal receipt printer for the counter. Thermal printing means no ink cartridge and no ribbon — the only consumable is the paper roll, which is what keeps the running cost of a busy till low.
Available in both 58mm and 80mm. 80mm is the standard supermarket receipt: wider, fits more line items per page and is easier to read. 58mm is narrower and cheaper to run, and suits smaller shops and slim counters. Tell us which you want when you order — the paper rolls are not interchangeable, so it is worth getting right.
The lid opens for drop-in roll loading, so changing paper mid-queue takes seconds. Power, error and paper indicators on the front tell a cashier what is wrong without calling anyone.
